It depends on the service you’re interested in. For social media content creation, you can reach out to me a few months in advance if you need graphics ahead of time.
Turnaround time depends on the service the client selects. It can be anywhere from 5 days up to a month.
Our main mode of communication is Instagram for updates and frequent chats. Email will be used to send contracts, and invoices. Google Drive will be used to send final files.
Yes! I offer 2-split and 4-split payment options. Clients can pay in full if they wish to do so.
For clients located in the United States, there will be a small upcharge to cover fees. For clients located internationally, there will be an upcharge to cover conversion fees.
I use the ‘invoices’ option on PayPal to collect payment.
Yes! Before the first payment is paid or a full payment is made (depends on the payment plan the client selects), I will send a contract over to the client. This is after a payment plan and a date has been selected to reserve the client’s slot in my creative calendar.
Invoices must be paid in full or first payments must be paid to officially reserve your slot in my creative calendar.
No, I don’t use any form of AI in my work nor will I work with a client who utilizes AI.
