If you’re new to Instagram, we offer the opportunity to work with us to create an account from scratch.

If you have an account and you’re in need of a refresh, we’d love to work with you.

OUR PROCESS

VISUALIZE

You’ll fill out an inquiry form. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review it and get back to you with whether or not we may be a good fit. We’ll chat for a bit about you and your business. 

Depending on the service you choose, we’ll do a discovery call. Think of this as meeting a new friend for the first time. We’ll become best friends by the end of it. 

Once we learn about you and your business, we’ll send you an-depth questionnaire to fill out. This is when we find out the details of your project.

We create a project proposal based on your answers you gave in the questionnaire. If you vibe with your proposal, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for the 50% deposit.

CREATE

This is when we make the magic happen. It’s design time! We go to work while you sit back and relax. We’ll get in touch with you periodically for feedback. We value your opinion and appreciate hearing your thoughts during the design process.

LAUNCH

You’ve made it to the finish line! We will have an in-depth discussion via email, Instagram DMs, OR Google Meet to go over your deliverables.

Deliverables will be sent once the other 50% of your payment is made to us.

We will send you a client feedback form to fill out to see how the project went, an area to write a testimonial, and if you’d recommend us to anybody you know.

Head on over to our client application. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll get in touch with you between 24-48 hours to let you know whether we’d be a good fit.

Of course you can. If you’re looking for Instagram content creation services rather than the Instabasics package, we’d be happy to work on that with you.

Feel free to mention that when you fill out the inquiry form.

They’re automatically included with the following services and packages: web design, branding, Social Climber, and InstaBasics.

They are not automatically included with the following services: writing and graphic design.

If you decide to work with us on a writing or graphic design project with us and want to do a discovery call, let us know while you’re filling out our inquiry form.

Every service has a “starting at” price which can fluctuate depending on the scope of the project. The price will be finalized once the client accepts their proposal.

We do require a 50% deposit that’s due at your project proposal signing so we can secure your project on our calendar.

For web design, you will be responsible for hosting fees and may need to purchase licenses for fonts.

For branding and InstaBasics you may need to purchase licenses for fonts.

The timeline varies for each project, depending on how quickly the client sends feedback, content/materials, and the scale of the project.

This is unless the client states otherwise.

Nope. We work with clients in Canada and the UK as well.

Our time together will be spent virtually with meetings taking place on Zoom or Google Meet.

We can meet on Google Meet, email, and/or talk via DM on Instagram.

For brand design, graphic design, and InstaBasics, you will receive PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI and/or PSD files.

For Instagram content creation, you will most likely receive a link to a copy of a Canva project you can edit yourself.

For copywriting, your copy will be delivered via Google Docs.
